Job Purpose

- The job holder responsible for content design and direct teaching
- The job holder responsible for consult unit to develop internal training materials and training quality assessment activities
- The job holder responsible for develop the Bank's internal teaching staff

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Design lectures on soft skills and general training programs for units across the system
2. Standardize training materials for bank programs
3. Update and edit soft skills training documents and general training programs for units
4. Coordinate with internal trainers in developing and developing training materials/programs according to internal requirements
5. Coordinate with partners to develop teaching content suitable for the bank and evaluate training quality

Key Accountabilities (2)

6. Coordinate with related units to design methods to measure and evaluate training effectiveness
7. Directly participate in teaching soft skills training programs and general training programs for units
8. Training and developing training skills for internal trainers and evaluating internal trainers
9. Make and implement the teaching plan and activities of the Team/Group according to the operation orientation of Training and Development
10. Ensure training activities comply with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines…and service quality commitments (SLAs)
11. Perform other related tasks at the request of direct management

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Domain Expertise
- More than 08 years of experience in the field of human resources and trainninge
- Understanding TCB's organization and internal division; understand the targets, challenges, opportunities and needs of the organization's human resource
Qualifications
- University degree in economics, human resource management or related disciplines
- Foreign language: English
