Job Purpose
The job holder manage integrated communication plan including channels (mass/internal) and communication touchpoints of brand activities/digital marketing communications/product marketing (individual customers and business) and corporate communications.
Key Accountabilities (1)
The main task
- Manage integrated media plan including channels (mass/internal) and communication touchpoints) of Brand/Digital Marketing Communications/Product Marketing (individual and customer) activities business products/Corporate Communications.
- Master and synthesize integrated monthly communication activities of your banks (based on information provided by Market Research and media agencies), connect with Current Marketing plans of Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding, Customer Experience Management, Corporate Communications etc. to build an overall management model, including reporting, proposing action plans, controlling and regulating the flow of communication activities of specialized units under the Marketing Division.
- Support the Director of Integrated Marketing and Communications Performance Management and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in building the G2M model and guiding G2M planning for the Marketing projects/initiatives of the company. units in the Block, synthesize and manage progress, output results.
- The focal point for working with Omni Channel on G2M plan has been agreed with Senior Directors (N-1) of specialized units of Marketing Division and other departments, if necessary.
Key Accountabilities (2)
- Build a management process and coordinate to deploy integrated communication activities for Brand/Digital Marketing Communication/Product Marketing (individual and corporate customers)/ Business Communication.
- Provide information in building an integrated communication plan of Branding/Digital Marketing Communication/Product Marketing (individual and corporate customers)/Corporate Communication activities according to management and coordination processes.
- Coordinate with Marketing Cost Management (BCC) focal point to plan monthly budget for integrated communication activities, monitor and evaluate KPI of projects, etc.
- Responsible for output:
+ Integrated communication management framework for brands and products (Business Unit), including recommendations and management of communication touch points with implementation partners
+ The report proposes the optimal orientation for investment in marketing communication and brand.
+ Monthly report on media marketing results (of Techcombank and competitors) with detailed results and action recommendations to optimize brand and business communication costs.
+ Monthly marketing report to reflect investment by channel, by product (for Retail Marketing).

Qualifications
- University or higher
Work Experience
- At least 10 years experience in the position of an assistant in the banking sector.
Foreign Language
- Proficient English, minimum TOEIC 650
