Senior Expert, HR Business Partner
Job Purpose
As a Senior Expert in HR Business Partner Function, the incumbent plays a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and fostering organizational effectiveness. The incumbent's extensive experience and expertise will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing performance, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Strategic Partner:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and business stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational success.
- Lead the design and execution of HR programs and policies that support organizational growth, performance, and consistency.
2. Employee Champion:
- Advocate for employees' needs, concerns, and well-being by ensuring HR practices and policies foster a positive employee experience.
- Provide expert guidance and support to other HR Business Partners, managers, and executives in addressing complex HR issues related to employee relations and engagement.
Key Accountabilities (2)
3. Change Agent:
- Support change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and ensure effective communication and support for employees during periods of change.
- Assist the implementation of organizational changes and initiatives to promote continuous improvement and adaptability.
4. Talent Management:
- Partner with business leaders to identify strategic talent needs and develop innovative strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Enable the execution of talent management processes, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.

- Champion and promote a positive organizational culture aligned with company values and goals, driving initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador within the organization, influencing and shaping organizational culture at all levels.

- Provide advanced operational support stakeholders, addressing complex HR inquiries, resolving issues, and interpreting HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct sophisticated data analysis and reporting to inform HR strategies and decision-making processes.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR Business Partnering.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with a proven track record of successful implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
