Job Purpose

The job holder consults and implements Operations Management activities in Government Affairs Segment 

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Consult and maintain effective relationships with external partners is the Government / State agencies
1.1. External relations (according to job requirements)
- Advising the Director to establish, manage and maintain connections and interactions with State management agencies/Legal agencies related to company activities:
- Capturing and understanding legal regulations (including plans to change/orient to change legal regulations) directly and indirectly related to company's business activities.
- Coordinate with relevant professional units to assess the changes/impacts/level of influence of legal document on company's operations, thereby coming up with an appropriate action plan.
- Discussing with business units to assess and exploit business opportunities on the basis of the legal environment and legal regulations.
- Coordinate with units in applying for licenses for company activities.
- Summarize arising problems and report to the department manager as required.
1.2. Interaction with the State Inspectorate (according to job requirements)
- Grasp the plans and operating principles of the inspection and evaluation system of state agencies
- Provide the Supervisory inspection agency with periodical updates on company's activities, especially on issues of public interest and concern to the public.
- Working with the information agency in periodic/thematic inspections at company (receiving inspection teams)
- Coordinating internally to provide adequate and accurate information and explanations to the information agency, thereby helping the information agency to accurately and objectively assess the quality of company's operations during the inspection.
- Coordinate with units to ensure the best correction and correction of recommendations from the State agency and external evaluation units.
- Identify compliance issues and risks of the system through inspections of the State agency and coordinate with units to develop plans to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.
- Summarize arising problems and report to the director of the department directly managing.
1.3. Interaction with union/community organizations (according to job requirements)
- Organize the development of communication and interaction plans with trade unions/community/media organizations to support activities of building a favorable legal environment for company's business activities.
- Coordinating with the Communication department to deploy communication programs, actively interacting to orient and gain the highest consensus/support from trade unions/communities/media.
- Summarize arising problems and report to the director of the department directly managing.a

Key Accountabilities (2)

2. Advise the Director to develop goals and plans to report/provide information to relevant authorities according to the company's orientation in each period
- Develop goals and reporting plans for state agencies
- Submit to leaders for approval
- Make reports and provide information as requested on time and with accurate data/content
- Report results to leaders and lessons learned if any.

Key Accountabilities (3)

3. Carry out inspection and control of reports sent to state agencies according to reporting streams (important/high-risk reports)
- Develop methods of checking and controlling reports
- Support the unit to identify potential risks and build control points during the reporting process
- Build a list of targets and track important indicators in reports
- Record and update the points for improvement to continuously improve the effectiveness of the report
4. Advising the Director of the Department on the organization and effectiveness of Information Supply Activities for state agencies (according to work requirements)

5. Other Responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned by the Direct Director.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Degree: University degree or higher in relevant economic disciplines (banking finance, law...). Master's degree or higher is preferred.
Experience:
- At least 12 years working in banking/legal/information provision/reporting activities for State agencies, providing and reporting information, auditing/working with state agencies (according to job requirements
- Foreign languages: according to the regulations of the company in each period
