Senior Expert, Enterprise Transformation Architecture

Objective

-    Build TCB’s transformation enterprise architecture that provides a unified single architecture vision, aligns prioritization tasks from strategy to execution and develops a ‘lean’ method for fast iteration of learning and growth. 
-    Manage TCBs Business Capability Architecture Blueprint (BCA), Capability Prioritisation and Business Architecture Plan (BAP), ensure alignment with BAP via Jira

Key accountabilities

Enterprise Modelling
-    Capture all business needs such as purpose, vision, mission, capabilities, business goals, scope, process, functional needs, success factors and other business technical requirements to describe the Bank’s future business architecture
-    Create the logic for business processes to support the integration and standardization requirements of the Bank’s operating model 
-    Identify dependencies to the achievement of business strategies/goals, analyze gaps and coordinate with project management teams for executive project planning.
-    Coordinate to establish principles for transformation and document the transition architectures, dependencies, risks, work breakdown, skills and resources and roadmap of deliverables

Project / Solution Delivery
-    Promote discussions and provide a process between IPMO and business leadership to create an executable roadmap to achieve business goals.
-    Conduct design workshops with multiple stakeholders to define work packages which help with resource management.
-    Provide key deliverables to project managers by delivering the enterprise context for every goal at the project or solution delivery level.
-    Coordinate the delivery of business architecture to IT project management and vice versa to make necessary business stakeholder approved corrections or updates and recommend solutions.

Governance and Review
-    Monitor the implementation of solutions to meet business goals and participate in reviews.
-    Coordinate project change proposals and project development assessments to deliver successful architecture changes in the Bank.
-    Recommend improvements to business and systems processes to achieve an efficient workflow and optimal system performance.

-    Internal stakeholders include initiative leads and cross functional division heads, TECO, BOM, BOD, STEERCO committees

-    External stakeholders include partners providing professional services

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Domain Expertise
-    5 to 7 years of experience contributing to the design and implementation of enterprise class systems including business architecture, information architecture, application/integration architecture and software architecture design 
-    3+ years of experience working in a business and/or technology consulting architect role
-    Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman and ADM
-    Demonstrated ability to drive change at the enterprise level through strong influence and negotiation skills
Agile / Digital Experience
-    Knowledge and experience in development lifecycle methodologies like Agile, Waterfall and other business transformation approaches is preferred
Qualifications
-    Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Technology, Business Management, Economics, Strategy Development, Consulting, Engineering or a related discipline
-    Project management certification in PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP will be advantageous
