Job Purpose

'Develop and optimize of business quality assurance frameworks across all distribution channels. This role ensures transparency, compliance, and operational excellence, while serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and cross-functional teams on incentive governance, performance management, and risk control.

Key Accountabilities (1)

Consulting on control policies & business processes throughout the company

- Develop integrated compliance frameworks combining operational, legal, and ethical dimensions across distribution.

- Design lifecycle governance for agent codes: issuance, transitions, suspension, revocation, and reactivation.

- Advise on violation handling policies, post-sale audit protocols, and internal investigation procedures.

- Assess systemic risks from sales data, sales force behavior, and client feedback; propose enterprise-level prevention mechanisms.

Key Accountabilities (2)

2. Design Performance & Incentive Governance

- Design multidimensional performance frameworks covering sales volume, quality, compliance, and policy persistency.

- Advise on incentive, recognition, and contest structures aligned with sale forces development strategy.

- Oversee transparency, fairness, and efficiency of commission and incentive disbursement; recommend tech and process upgrades.

- Analyze incentive policy impact on sales force behavior, sales quality, and operational risk.

3. Policy Advisory & Control System Enhancement

- Act as strategic advisor to executive leadership on distribution quality governance and sales force management.

- Design real-time dashboards, reporting systems, and monitoring tools for sales quality oversight.

- Recommend upgrades to inspection workflows, alert mechanisms, and violation analytics platforms.

- Support development of advanced training programs on compliance, ethics, and performance management for channel leaders.

Ministry of Finance (for licensing and regulatory compliance), bancassurance partners (for sales execution and contest coordination), certified training institutions (for agent qualification and upskilling), CRM technology vendors (for license, contest and training systems), and audit or reinsurance partners (for operational process reviews and sales governance support).

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

University degree in related fields such as finance, insurance, banking, business administration or information systems.

Priority is given to candidates with a master's degree or professional certificate (eg LOMA, AII or quality management certificates - QA).

Understanding of the life insurance sector through internal training courses or insurance industry certificates.

At least 12 years of experience in quality management, distribution operations or internal audit in the insurance industry, especially life insurance; Priority is given to candidates with experience in the bancassurance model or working with partner banks. Understanding of sales processes, agent licensing, contract management and compliance with legal regulations.
