Senior Business Analyst (Insurance)

Job Purpose

• The job holder will analyze and identify business problems and issues through internal and external data sources and provide insights to key stakeholders and decision makers
• The job holder will work closely with tribe members to understand business requirements to providing specific reports and analysis.

Key Accountabilities (1)

• Perform data analysis in the insurance sector
• Work with other departments to develop insurance solutions to support the sales force
• Implement insurance solutions to the the sales force
• Manage insurance business indicators
• Participate in assigned insurance business development projects
• Communicate business directions and control the implementation to the sales force

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

• Bachelor of economics, business administration, finance or banking.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the insurance sector at a bank or insurance company
• Good data analysis skills, good stakeholder management skills
• Good in English is plus
