Officer, Solution Development (40001282)
Job Purpose
- Perform well in market research, product development and training on securities brokerage products.
- Promote the online sales channel of Techcom Securities (TCBS) towards the goal of a securities company with the best trading technology in Vietnam.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Develop and update policies and procedures for securities brokerage products.
2. Perform work related to training, implementation of new policies, procedures, sales promotion programs.
3. Support to update the business situation, KPI of the sales team, according to each product, each sales program as a basis for calculating commissions, adjusting product policies.
4. Participate in the design and construction of a reporting system on the business situation of the entire securities brokerage business.
Key Accountabilities (2)
5. Research and analyze the market, policies of competitors.
6. Participate in the evaluation and appraisal of trading plans for large transaction lots of special customers.
7. Write specific user requirements for TCBS online sales and trading systems and utilities.
8. Directly participate in testing TCBS's online trading systems, ensuring that the trading systems meet the requirements of customers and sales staff network.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Degree/Professional:
- Have a university degree or higher in one of the majors in finance, banking, or economics) or have an international degree.
- Knowledge of stock brokerage.
- Having a certificate of securities brokerage practice.
Experience
- Professional experience: Preferably having worked for 03 years in banking, securities, customer care in the areas of operation/product/customer service quality management.
- Business English standard proficiency as required for the role.
