Officer, Finance system management (40000347)
Job Purpose
Data control, development building, operating and improving management report system in suitable systems (DWH, KRM, OFSAA, BI…).
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Business execution
- Control daily data in systems for management report requirement, assure that data in management report daily, periodically, or by sudden requirement is accurate, on time and presents accurately business situation, is basis for business decision.
- Find out cause of error, potential bug in related systems - basis to build management report to send alert, change requirement, improvement to IT division, ensure data accuracy, presents the right nature, assure the general management data resource.
- Apply new systems to build management report, contribute to a consistent management database, in addition, orientate other department in Center, Division to exploit data in new systems.
- Propose new data exploit method, new process, data flow for management report to meet new analysis requirement. In addition, join in analysis for data processing solution when a specialized system is golived.
- Join in development and maintain preliminary solution in related systems (including new and changed requirement), develop and maintain BA/technical document, develop and build these requirement, reports in approved data area of systems.
- Join in building, improving, organizing and updating new process/guideline about new business/report system in conformity with new system of department.
- Perform research, development, build and automate management report in suitable systems on basis of business analysis to meet requirement of bank's business units as well as management units. - Operate periodical report and build ad-hoc report on request of management units.
- Join in data structuring, data handling flow in systems (DWH, KRM, OFSAA, MA tool…) to assure exploitment/operation/upgrade system, management report database is smoothly performed, assure consistency between data in business systems and management reports.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain Expertise
- Prefer candidate with experience, knowledge, skills in management report, SBV report, or banking finance accounting, auditing, management information system, report development, insights in banking financial traditional and mordern activity, product.
- 0-2 years of experience in reporting, especially banking management report, data management systems SQL, Oracle, IBM…
- 0-2 years of relevant experience with data query tools, language (SQL), database and have experience in other programming language (Python, R...) will be advantageous.
- Experienced in participate in building dimensional data models, ETL processes, applied data warehouse concepts and methodologies, optimized data pipelines and assisted the architect as needed (For MIS IT)
Qualifications
University or higher degree from Economics, Finance, Banking or IT university. Prefer post-graduate degree or specialized education in economics, banking, finance or financial IT and specially international financial program.
