Job Purpose

'Ensure smooth and effective frontline support for the sales team across all distribution channels (Agency, Bancassurance, etc.). This role acts as a liaison to implement processes, deliver timely information, and facilitate sales transactions — enhancing seller experience and reinforcing professionalism within the distribution network.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Support onboarding, system operation and sales transaction processing

- Coordinate with the training to organize regular onboarding sessions for new agencies/ sales

- Provide product documentation, sales processes, internal policies to new agencies/ sales

- Create and manage access accounts for agencies/sales on business systems

- Provide instructions on how to use systems related to submitting contract documents, looking up processing status

- Answer questions, support issues arising during the sales process and document processing

Key Accountabilities (2)

2. Manage internal documents and support the organization of business support activities and sales recognition

- Timely update of forms, product documents, sales processes to the distribution team

- Support internal communication of new policies, changes in business operations related to sales activities

- Coordinate with functional departments (Underwriting, Policy Service, IT...) to ensure accurate information

- Support the organization of business seminars, customer days according to the distribution department's plan

- Participate in implementing events to honor best sales (implement invitations, award lists, logistics...)

- Record feedback from agents and propose improvements to improve the effectiveness of support activities

Key Accountabilities (3)

3. Internal coordination & basic business improvement

- Coordinate with Finance, IT, Business departments to handle single-line requests.

- Record problems from sales team and propose small process improvements at team level.

- Support testing and testing of new systems when assigned.

- Carry out operational tasks such as preparing reward lists, handling logistics, and supporting recognition events or sales incentive programs for the distribution force.

Ministry of Finance (for licensing and regulatory compliance), bancassurance partners (for sales execution and contest coordination), certified training institutions (for agent qualification and upskilling), CRM technology vendors (for license, contest and training systems), and audit or reinsurance partners (for operational process reviews and sales governance support).

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or disciplines related to sales operations. Candidates with certification in Sales Management, CRM systems, or Customer Service are preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience working at an insurance company, bank, or financial institution supporting sales force operations. Experience with sales data handling, agent/bancas account support, or facilitating basic training programs.
