Manager, Candidate Attraction
Job Purpose
- The role holder will lead and manage Candidate Attraction team to support the delivery of the bank's talent demand by promoting Techcombank's EVP and brand to help attract talent. The team will also own various initiatives and campus programme to diversify the recruitment channels.
- The role holder will also help build high performing, highly motivated and ensure the team adopts best recruitment marketing practices.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding
- Generate potential candidate leads through digital and traditional marketing strategies
- Determine the most suitable digital channels, updating and optimizing career site, A/B testing and managing advertising spend on Social media, email marketing, search engine, etc
- Develop offline marketing strategy to collect or activate potential leads through campus recruitment events, career fairs, office tours
- Attract and engage mid-career talents with specialised skillset through targeted events in collaboration with professional associations/ communities
- Manage recruitment program to bring in high quality taletn for the bank (Internship Programme, Management Associate, etc)
- Manage employee referrals program and Freelance heahunt program to generate qualified leads for critical, high demand positions.
- Effectively communicate EVP of Techcombank to prospective candidates with a consistent omni-channel strategy
- Increase brand awareness, engage brand followers, and manage Techcombank's reputation and presence as an attractive employer across channels
- Plan and review visual and text contents to put across digital channels (social media, website, etc.) and printed POSM
- Work closely with Communications team to manage media engagement (e-newspapers, TVC, etc.)
- Register and compete for prestigious domestic/ international HR awards
People, Process, Technology
- Develop a highly skilled and operationally efficient recruitment marketing team. Constantly look out for opportunities for improvement to maintain operational excellence.
- Create a strong sense of team unity and engagement by building strong recruitment marketing capability with a collaborative and high performing culture
- Manage recruitment marketing data, and make use of such data to provide insights, dashboard that allow strategic decision making process regarding recruitment
- Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.
- Ensure effective implementation and adoption of recruitment marketing technology and project management tools such as ATS, careersite, chatbot, etc.
- Measure, track, and report on recruitment marketing results and their cost effectiveness

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Communicate team and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to team members
- Manage team performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
- Enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the team
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at sub- function level
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.
Key Accountabilities (3)
Partnership Management
Maintain strong partnerships with Universities, professional associations and vendors (job board providers, Marketing agencies, headhunter etc) to ensure outsanding services that meet the bank's needs
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain Expertise
- 8+ years of experience in a recruitment marketing/employer branding/ marketing function, with a good mix of in-house and agency experience.
- 03+ years of management experience, manageing a team of 3-5 people
- Expertise in developing and managing recruitment marketing/ Marketing teams in complex, matrix organization, preferably within financial services; leading a team that is highly proactive, solution focused, adopts the best Recruitment Marketing practices
- Hands-on experience in organizing events, implementing programmes (Campus recruitment, referrals, internship, etc), and execution of digital marketing and brand marketing campaigns, managing vendors, agencies
- Good understanding of latest recruitment/marketing tools (ATS, CRM, etc.), hands-on experience in data management and reporting to track effeciency of marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related disciplines from reputable universities. Formal trainings / qualifications in Marketing/HR will be an advantage
- Excellent communications skills. Proficient in English (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent) and Vietnamese (Written, Spoken).
