Job Purpose
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Investor Relations (IR) team, ensuring the smooth execution of investor meetings, conferences, business trips, information disclosure activities, and payment processes. The role contributes to the timely and effective delivery of IR operations while maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Coordinate Investor Relations Activities
- Serve as the primary coordinator for logistics arrangements related to investor meetings, analyst meetings, conferences, roadshows, and business trips.
- Coordinate schedules, meeting venues, invitations, travel arrangements, and supporting materials with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support before, during, and after IR events to ensure seamless execution.
2. Support Information Disclosure Activities
- Collect and consolidate information and supporting documents from relevant stakeholders for disclosure purposes.
- Coordinate with designated internal teams to submit requests and arrange the publication of required disclosure materials on the Bank's website and other official communication channels.
- Monitor timelines and ensure disclosure requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.
3. Support Payment Administration
- Prepare payment requests and supporting documentation for expenses related to Investor Relations activities.
- Coordinate with relevant functions to process payments and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
4. General Administrative Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support for ad hoc projects and activities assigned by the Head of Investor Relations.
- Assist in maintaining documentation, records, and reporting related to IR operations.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- A Diploma certificate or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Management or a relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role providing executive management support
- Strong organization skills and able to juggle multiple competing tasks / demands
- Able to work independently, exercise judgement and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Meticulous and pays attention to details
