Job Purpose
'The job holder manages and responsible for all activities of Government Affairs, including:
1. The focal point and management of interaction activities with the Government/State agencies, Inspectors, Trade Unions, etc. to ensure consensus from state agencies/Inspectors/trade unions. with the company's orientation
2. Manage reporting/providing company information accurately and on time as required by state agencies
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Develop and implementing the operation plan of the Government Affairs
- Develop, organize and implement action plan,the annual action plan of Government Affairs segment
- Manage department performance through departmental and individual KPIs.
2. Responsible for organizing and building and maintaining effective relationships with external partners such as the Government / State agencies / Inspection agencies / Trade unions
1. 2.1. Q General foreign relations:
- Establish, manage and maintain connection and interaction with State management agencies/Legal agencies related to company activities:
- Capture and understanding legal regulations (including plans to change/orientation to change legal regulations) directly and indirectly related to company's business activities
2.2. Interaction with the State Inspectorate
- Actively grasp the plans and operating principles of the inspection and evaluation system of state agencies
- To assume the prime responsibility for providing the Supervisory inspection agency with periodical updates on company's activities, especially on issues of public interest and concern to the public.
- Preside over working with the Inspection agency during the periodic/thematic inspection at company (receiving inspection teams)
- The focal point (representative of company) to internally coordinate to provide adequate and accurate information and explanations suitable for the Inspection agency, thereby helping the information agency to accurately and objectively assess the quality of company's operations in the inspection period
2.3. Interaction with union/community organization
- Act as the focal point for and organizing the development of interaction and communication plans with trade unions/community/media organizations in order to support activities to build a favorable legal environment for compnay's business activities.
- Coordinate with the Communications department to implement communication programs, proactive interaction to orient and gain the highest consensus/support from trade unions/community/media organizations

3. Responsible for the organization and effectiveness of the Government Reporting Management:
- Develop goals and plans to report/provide information to relevant authorities according to the company's orientation in each period
- Capture and manage the list of reports at the request of the management agency
- Administer and Monitor the implementation of the report to ensure compliance with the reporting / providing information as required and / or according to the objectives of the organization

- Other tasks as assigned by the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer

- Oversee human resources planning and execution (headcount & costs) of their function
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Establish and communicate function and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to reporting line
- Manage function performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
- Define team’s capability requirements and enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, mentoring, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Identify and monitor personal, professional development and career advancement of talents in the function
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at function level
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Degree: University degree or higher in relevant economic disciplines (banking finance, law...). Master's degree or higher is preferred.
Experience:
- At least 12 years of experience in positions related to building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, at least 06 years experience in managerial positions
- Prior experience working in regulations, policies...
- Foreign languages: according to the regulations of the company in each period"
