Head of Economic Sector

Job Purpose

- Define, research information for the development of strategies for the economic sector in charge and lead the implementation of the strategy of that economic sector. Design, build and deploy specialized solutions for economic sector aims to improve customer experience and optimize value for TCB. (all segmentation/value chain of Economic Sector in charge)

Key Accountabilities (1)

Performing tasks according to functions and duties:
- Develop and manage sector insight và identify business opportunity (including client’s value chain/ ecosystem).
- Business planning and management: Develop and direct the business plan/budget for target segment, product and solution/channel
- Develop segment/sector strategy, value chain strategy and business model
- Develop CVP (including value chain/ ecosystem/ client)
- Develop value chain operating model (across CIBG, RBG and product divisions…)
- Sector strategy execution, monitoring and control
- Provide requirement for solution development (client/sector/value chain/ecosystem)
- Provide requirements on product design/product package for each segment/sub-segment/customer. Lead multi-function teams to design and build solutions, solution - packages for specific segments/sub-segments/customers to enhance customer experience E2E journey including the digitization of customer journeys.
- Manage go-to-market strategy: build sale promotion programme
- Manage performance of sector/value chain/ecosystem. Responsible for PnL of Sector/ Value Chain

Key Accountabilities (2)

Participate in the implementation of the Division's and TCB's strategy
- Participate in research, organizing the implementation of initiatives and projects to contribute to the implementation of the strategy of the CIBG Division
- Ensure that staff have strong knowledge of sectors, business acumen, and capacity in building relationship strategies with target customers (including target customers). including the customer's value chain and ecosystem) 
Corporate culture:
- Set an example and ensure the correct and complete implementation of organizational culture implementation plans; employees understand and consistently apply organizational cultural values ​​and behavioral standards.
Other duties as assigned by Chief/Deputy Chief Corporate and Institutional Banking Group Officer

Key Accountabilities (3)

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Oversee human resources planning and execution (headcount và costs) of their function
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Establish and communicate function and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to reporting line
- Manage function performance và provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
- Define team’s capability requirements and enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching và feedback, mentoring, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Identify and monitor personal, professional development and career advancement of talents in the function
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at function level
- Understand và communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Domain expertise:
- Have at least 15+ years of working experience in finance - banking or in the economic sectors and 10+ years at management level
- English: Fluent in TOEIC 700 or higher or equivalent.
Qualifications
- University graduate majoring in banking, finance, or in the economic sector.
