Job Purpose

The job holder manage and take full responsibility in Partnership Development for economics sector in CIBG through:
1. List of potential customers from partners
2. Solutions for customers in the ecosystem
3. The coordination mechanism ensures a smooth connection of partners on all channels
4. Business performance of customers in partner ecosystem
5. Other duties assigned by management

Attract customers through a partnership model with an existing or new partner;

2. Partner development
- Lead development and growth with CIBG partners in key economic areas
- Establish a relationship mechanism between a bank and a partner to create a portfolio of potential customers, improve customer performance and provide non-bank services to customers through its ecosystem. partner
- Develop relationships and internal cooperation (CIBG, PFS, GTS ...) with relevant functional departments to understand and develop appropriate solutions to meet the needs of customers in the system. ecology and bring added value to partners and the Bank

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Banking / Marketing / Business Administration
- Priority to have a master's degree or higher
- Minimum 8 years in the position related to financial analysis / credit / market research, marketing of finance and banking
- Prioritize work experience related to corporate customers
Mimimum TOEIC 650 or equivalent
