Expert, Risk Policy and Governance (40000861)

Job Purpose

• Ensure that the governance of subsidiaries and entities in the ecosystem is consistent with the strategy and goals of the TCB ecosystem as well as legal requirements
• Ensure that the implementation of QTRR regulations complies with the bank's regulations and the Law

Key Accountabilities (1)

• Develop regulations, procedures, and implementation guidelines to manage risks for the ecosystem
• Support the new establish entity in ecosystem to complete and implement a risk management framework
• Develop plans and implement assurance jobs at TCB and the ecosystem

Key Relationships - External Stakeholders

The State Bank of Vietnam, relevant organizations (auditing, consulting, ...)

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

• Graduated from university or higher
• 7 years of experience in risk management, including at least 3 years in life insurance risk
• Understand the organization, core values, goals and strategies of TCB
• Understand the credit/risk management system of TCB, the law and the SBV
• Understand knowledge and practical experience in banking or equivalent
