Expert, Retail & Small Business Banking Credit Risk Underwriting
Job Purpose
Carry out the tasks of Retail & Small Business Banking Credit Risk Underwriting team on the basis of understanding customers by segment, providing optimal financial solutions to enhance customer experience, balance benefits and risks of the Customer and the Bank, in line with the Bank's credit orientation
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. General Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines, etc.
- Understand and commit to strictly comply with information security policies
- Responsible for all credit appraisal and measurement results given.
- Participating in organizational culture work at the facility in accordance with the organizational culture orientation of the Division/ Bank.
Key Accountabilities (2)
2. Professional Responsibilities:
- Measure and fully assess credit risk indicators
- Provide financial solutions suitable for the customer's portrait
- Proposing measures to control and minimize credit risks
- Understanding each customer segment, focusing on customer experience and balancing risks between the benefits of the bank and customers.
- Participate in the development of products, processes, and guidelines related to personal credit & small business credit
- Detect and warn within the scope of personal appraisal about potentially risky behaviors for the bank
- Participate in consulting for customers / business units to come up with a financial solution structure suitable for customers' needs
- Self-study and improve professional knowledge.
- Actively participate fully in group/department/Center/bank training activities

Degree: University graduate or higher, majoring in economics, finance, foreign trade, ...
Experience:
- 06 years of experience in credit appraisal, credit analysis, credit control.
English: TOEIC minimum 550 or equivalent
