Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Manage, participate in designing and operating appropriate systems, processes, tools, communications... to effectively organize and implement performance management activities for employees 2. Manage, participate in designing and implementing frameworks, models, roadmaps, descriptions... of functional competencies, job positions, career development roadmaps and plans... for employees 3. Manage, participate in building and organizing the implementation of strategies, operating models, transformation plans, management indicators and reports... on Human Resource Management 4. Manage, participate in implementing other assigned projects and tasks of the unit |
Key Accountabilities (2)
2. Manage HR effectiveness
Build process and tool for workforce planning, manage annual workforce planning for bank-wide
Develop system of HR indicators and management reports
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organization Psychology and Development or related disciplines - Experience in Organization Design, Performance Management, Change Management or Business Management is preffered - Professional certification from CIPD, SHRM, ATD and other reputable human resources organizations is preferred - Knowledge of banking and financial services - Business English proficiency as required for the role |
