Expert, Operations Efficiency Management (40000123)
Job Purpose
- The job holder is the main focal point for implementing Data Steward's tasks and building Operations Efficiency Management systems
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Perform part/full work of a division Data Steward;
2. Collect, classify and study different data sets; Data can come from the organization's internal and externally collected data related to Operations
3. Data analysis; design reporting/Dashboard systems to find insights for the Chief Operations Officer; is the main working point for consulting/providing all kinds of reports for effective management activities and continuous improvement.
4. Build and support information end-users using BI tools and develop data self-service (data self-service) skills
Key Accountabilities (2)
5. Ensure the data analysis/reporting system works correctly and efficiently
6. Coordinate with the units of the Support Divisions to carry out the necessary work to support the Business and Operations Division to complete the set targets as well as solve arising problems (if any)
7. Automate periodic reports to improve labor productivity
8. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualification: University graduate or higher majoring in Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Administration or equivalent; Have a certificate or have taken courses in data analysis
Professional experience:
Good understanding and knowledge of Data and Business Analytics
More than 7 years in professional field or equivalent;
Foreign language: as bank's regulations
Good use of data management tools (SQL, Oracle...) and skills in reporting and analysis using multi-tools (Excel, BI tools, R...)
