Job Purpose
- The job holder perform work related to ATM network development, quality and performance assessment; take measures for ATM quality and performance improvement; make related management reports.
- The job holder analyze and work with related Divisions in developing and implementing strategies for branch channel network, managing the annual budget of office rental and network development.velopment.
Key Accountabilities (1)
ATM Management and Development:
- Organize the implementation and track progress of steps/ items of the ATM network development strategy and plan (both on-site and off-site).
- Perform quality assessment, offer solutions, and monitor the effectiveness of the ATM system.
- Optimize ATM locations (rearrangement) to promote the highest efficiency and best quality of ATM network in each period.
- Monitor and propose measures/ recommendations for ATM network's performance optimization through right location selection.
- Implement policies/ programs to promote sales and ATM use and optimize costs.
- Coordinate with MKT to implement advertising and promotional activities on ATM system.
- Jointly deploy and put into operation the ATM with cash deposit function (CDM/ CRM).
- Monitor the operation budget of ATM network in accordance with the approved annual budget by each period.
- Keep track of quality and performance indicators of ATM channel.
- Ensure the implementation in accordance with ATM image standards.
- Design based-on-expertise solutions in order to optimize the process and deliver the optimal solution to the customer journey. Ensure that the channel strategy and solutions are in line with the bank's overall development strategy.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Physical Channel management and development:
- Work with Business Divisions, Supporting Divisions, Strategy and consulting units in projects related to network development strategy.
- Analyze data in order to support the annual network development plan for Branches/ Transaction Offices., mid-year adjustment and submission to approval levels.
- Update information, analyze and evaluate the overall network of rival banks, make proposals and reports related to the network strategy.
- Update macro-economic information and changes of public agencies related to the Branches/ Transaction Offices.
- Update the analysis and report on the general business operation of the bank, from which to adjust inputs/ outputs of business plans for opening/ relocation.
- Make track of the monthly business performance of each Branch and timely propose solutions to ensure cost effectiveness at the Branch.
- Work with the service company to implement the location leasing for Branches/ Transaction Offices.
- Provide relevant units with data for network performance analysis and evaluation, give recommendations to support and promote the performance of Branches/ Transaction offices.
- Develop and implement network optimization programs.
- Identify the unit's risks during operation, coordinate with the relevant units to come up with methods for risk measurement and mitigation.
- Design based-on-expertise solutions in order to optimize the process and deliver the optimal solution to the customer journey. Ensure that the channel strategy and solutions are in line with the bank's overall development strategy.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager, Director of Channel Network Management and Head of RBG Division.
Key Accountabilities (3)
Human resource management:
- Assign work within the unit ensuring maximum promotion of staffs' resources and capabilities.
- Coordinate and supervise the assigned tasks, directly participate in and urge the stakeholders to achieve the target in an optimal way.
- Monitor KPIs of each staff in the group in charge.
- Organize periodic coaching and career development orientation for the staffs; foster key staff for the group.
Ensure that the unit's operation will comply with the internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines… and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Propose measures and recommendations within the scope of Channel Network Management to ensure that ATM network shall operate in compliance with regulations of the State Bank and managing agencies in each period.
- Perform other related tasks by the actual demand as well as requested by Director of Channel Network Management and Manager - ATM Management and Development.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications
- University graduate or higher in fields of economy, finance, banking or IT
- English proficiency: TOEIC 550 or according to the Bank's policy in each period
Domain Expertise
- Minimum 08 years of experience in related field.
