Job Purpose
- The job holder responsible for work as an expert , consulting with the divisions to analyse training needs, design learning roadmaps and programs, track program effectiveness.
- The job holder be deliver soft skills, induction and leadreship programs as required.
- The job holder track and monitor training budget
- The job holder support manager to fulfil division learning and capability development needs.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Work with management in coordination with the unit to identify capacity needs, framework and assessment tools.
2. Work with management in coordination with the unit and HRBP to design training roadmaps to support business strategy and priorities
3. Advising on the implementation of training plans in line with the strategic direction of the unit and the organization
4. Consulting on the design of training programs based on the training plan. Building online training content (E-Learning)
5. Management and coordination of training projects
Key Accountabilities (2)
6. Consulting to select trainers, training partners for training programs and projects
7. Coordinate with units to manage training needs and effectiveness
8. Review, improve and maintain curriculum to ensure relevance and market relevance
9. Consulting on the development of policies, regulations, processes and training guidelines.
10. Perform tasks as requested by the Director of Training and Development and the direct manager

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain Expertise
- 07+ years of HR and LvàD experience.
- Experience in using EL authoring tools like Articulate storyline.- Requirement for EL team.
- Experience in delivering training.
- Banking knowledge preferred, Knowledge of HR, Deep knowledge of LnD.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in economics, human resource management or related disciplines
- Foreign language (English - fluent): minimum TOEIC 550 or higher or equivalent
