Job Purpose
The Job Holder: Coordinate IT division activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Key Accountabilities (1)
Implement IT Change control process including planning for Change, Change impact analysis, Change approval, Change implementation, communication, and post-change review and reporting.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Statistics, report on the proposal, and actual implementation to find the weakness control/gate in new onboarding deployment.
Key Accountabilities (3)
- Drive continuous improvement on change management system, IT process capability, measurement system and product reliability by providing training, coaching, continuous improvement projects, programs, etc.
- Maintain and continuously improve quality in change management process.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualification:
- University degree or higher, majoring in Technology.
- English language proficiency is at the advanced level (can communicate in complex situations).
- Maintain and continuously improve quality in the Change management process.
- Qualifications in ITIL - ITSM/COBIT expert are an advantage.
- Experienced in the implementation of IT Governance framework is an advantage.
- Experienced in managing IT processes (such as incident management, and problem management) is an advantage.
