Expert, HR Systems Management (40000449)
Job Purpose
The position holder is responsible for:
- Acting as the focal point for managing and organizing the implementation of work related to HR software systems/IT tools and HR UD programs in the Bank
- Acting as the focal point for reporting, managing, storing, controlling, securing, maintaining, and upgrading related issues in the technical management of HR's software systems/IT tools.
- Analyze needs, identify problems/difficulties of users and departments when interacting with the system, then provide solutions to do these problems
- Work closely with departments and functions to understand the unit's operational business processes, thereby building data elements and providing analytical reports

2- Take the main responsibility for the work;
Management of HR software and application programs:
- As the representative of the Human Resources Division in coordination with the Operations and Technology Division to negotiate/make requirements/review HR software solutions offered by contractors/suppliers,
- Manage and take main responsibility for setting up/decentralizing user rights according to the rules of using the system.
- Managing the software's portfolio to ensure that the lists are set up consistently in accordance with the Bank's intended use.
- Manage and Install, support to install HR software for individuals/units throughout the system;
- Coordinating with Operations and Technology Division, managing source code... of the Software;
- Handle and fix problems (if any) during software operation and deployment.
- Coordinate with suppliers to handle errors arising during system operation and deployment;
- Manage, take main responsibility for data storage, periodically and irregularly report on human resources at the request of the functional director or the director of human resources.
- Technically control the data that is updated into the system, giving warnings to users.
- Understand Human Resources processes and operational areas of Human Resources
- Build and upgrade the system based on regulations and business requirements from functional units
- Update technology changes and technology trends for the system and for units within the HR Division
- Direct training about the system and system features for users if necessary

Domain Expertise
- More than 08 years of experience Application software development experience
Understanding the organization:
- Understand the structure of functions and tasks of units throughout the system;
- Understand core values;
- Understand TCB's vision/mission
Understanding HR's products:
- Understand the requirements of service types và service quality of the Human Resources Management Division for the system hệ
- Understand product và service quality requirements from tasks within the scope of responsibility
Understanding the rules/operating procedures in the unit:
- Understanding of regulations/operating procedures in coordination with HR Centers và units in the system according to current Processes/regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduated from University
- English: in accordance with Techcombank regulations
