Job Purpose

The job holder responsible for:
- Conduct research, guide and implement the assigned specialized financial accounting policies / regimes.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. In charge of researching and implementing in-depth and wide areas of assigned work
2. Researching in-depth knowledge of the assigned business and establishing an in-depth perspective on other business areas related to Financial Policy
3. Directly participate in and provide in-depth advice on building business processes/products with the focal point
4. In-depth guidance on financial accounting policies and regimes of assigned work areas to ensure compliance with the provisions of law and Promulgating documents related to the revised Financial Accounting Policy according to changes. change from state agencies such as the Ministry of Finance, the State Bank of Vietnam, tax authorities, etc.
5. Participating in supporting the development and implementation of accounting guidelines on transactions/products on corebanking system (T24). other ancillary software systems integrated with T24. Instructions for accounting for the interface between systems, instructions for accounting on the new software system, instructions for data conversion when golive using the new system
6. Ensure the maintenance of Account mapping in compliance with the law on Corebanking T24 software system and other software systems integrated with T24

Key Accountabilities (2)

7. Manage requests for in-depth and extensive consulting of the unit on accounting and financial policies through the weblog system; receive questions, or transfer them to the relevant departments and monitor the response process of the departments
8. Guide, train and update units in the system on accounting and financial policies Develop training programs and conduct training for staff throughout the system on accounting policies finance.
9. Develop specialized training topics for staff in the department with difficult professional areas
10. Update/participate in training courses, seminars with authorities on financial accounting policies and regimes.
11. In-depth participation in the implementation of projects at Techcombank including large complex projects such as Treasury system, ERP, TB Platform, ....
12. Participating in the structure of complex deals: For example: Join the lead of debt purchase, cancel debt trading, extension, discount, close debt trading deals on money source structure, coordination process accounting departments, drafting records

Key Accountabilities (3)

13. Coordinating with in-depth and extensive consulting units, supporting the handling of issues related to the State Bank's inspection, tax inspectorate, and independent audit related to Financial Accounting Policy
14. Building an external document archive of Financial Policy that is updated regularly for reference and policy writing.
15. Advising the Director of Financial Policy to come up with the right initiatives, ideas and advice on rare complex issues in the market that require a lot of knowledge of a high-level consulting nature.
16. Update and research on changes in Vietnam and International Accounting Standards to serve work needs.
17. Researching and preparing the knowledge base for individuals and staff in the department for the transition from the 26 set of VAS accounting standards to IFRS according to the roadmap of the Ministry of Finance (2020-2025)
18. In-depth participation in the implementation of projects at Techcombank including large complex projects such as ERP, IFRS 9, ... in order to standardize the accounting and financial reporting system according to International Standards
19. Perform other specialized or demanding tasks in financial accounting as required by the Senior Manager, Financial Policy or the Head of Accountingand Taxation.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

- Degree/Professional: University graduate majoring in economics, finance and banking; Preference will be given to candidates who have graduated with good and good grades and have been trained in specialized accounting courses
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in the field of banking and accounting; 3 years of experience working directly with Techcombank's core banking system
- English: According to the regulations of the bank each of period
