Expert, Corporate Strategy Planning
Job Purpose
We are looking for an excellent problem solver to join our Corporate Strategy team at TCB. The analyst will work on high-visibility strategic priorities in TCB's evolving ecosystem and be expected to work directly with senior ecosystem leadership. This role will be a thought partner to business leaders, providing data-driven insights, acting as a sounding board, and aligning businesses to broader ecosystem strategy.
Key Accountabilities (1)
90-Day Success Outcomes
• Own 2+ analysis workstreams end-to-end; plan & build executive-quality storylines for C-level exec consumption
• Build Excel models (e.g., market sizing, business case) with clear & MECE structure & high standard of modelling hygiene
• Demonstrate executive communication: run interim and final readouts to C-level execs; incorporate feedback swiftly
Key Accountabilities (2)
• Translate open-ended questions into clear hypotheses, analysis plans, and decision options
• Conduct structured research/benchmarking; use AI/tools responsibly to accelerate research, synthesis, and QC
• Build market sizing and business-case models; run scenarios/sensitivities and pressure-test assumptions
• Inform and influence senior ecosystem leadership through orchestrating effective discussion forums & compelling communication outputs

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Experience: 3–5 years delivering analytical work with evidence of independent workstream ownership
• Mindset: high ownership, bias to action, drive for change & impact, curiosity, professionalism, reliability
• Capacity & willingness to learn: fast learner, adaptable across topics; improves with feedback
• Critical thinking: ability to develop independent perspective & constructively debate to elevate discussions
• Executive communication: can present to C-level in Vietnamese & English; clear narrative, confident delivery, invites challenge, iterates quickly
• Analytical rigor: strong quantitative reasoning; comfort with spreadsheets and large/dirty datasets
• Structured thinking & writing: MECE, first-principles approach; can “own the page” in PowerPoint
• Tooling: Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint
