Job Purpose
The job holder responsibility for designing, proposing business marketing activities - BB through:
1. Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management
2. Design marketing content for program/campaign
3. Marketing campaign management
Key Accountabilities (1)
Business Marketing Planning and marketing performance management
- Participate in, proposing overall BB marketing calendar detailing marketing activities and linking each campaign to strategy by economic segment, economic sectors/activities, customer groups...
- Execution of marketing activities, budget, premium / stocks and provide update
- Co-ordinate with related parties to build communication proposition and creation of perception for products, solutions, aligned with brand name and target customer insight
- Prepare, propose and implement BB NPS survey
- Design, build, embed BB customer loyalty program by collaborating with other divisions and/or partnerships
- Propose KPIs and approach for assessment of marketing value. Monitor marketing programs and campaign performance / fulfilment

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- University degree majoring in Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Marketing/ Business Administration
- Master's degree or higher is preferred
- Experience: at least 8 years in positions related to banking and/or management, Product Marketing, Corporate Customers
- English: minimum TOEIC 650 or equivalent
