Expert, Business Insurance Sales (40000908)
Job Purpose
- The job holder provides insurance solutions for Corporate Customers; at the same time providing the best financial protection and security to individual customers (employees of corporate customers who use Insurance products) and increasing the strong bond between Customers and Techcombank.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Customer Insight
- Understand the characteristics and demand for insurance products of Corporate Customers. Increasing the value and protect human resources and assets for businesses.
- Introduce, advise insurance products in accordance with financial needs and welfare policies / purposes of corporate customers (retaining personnel, rewarding personnel, protecting assets ...).
- Process, complete a full set of necessary insurance claims for Customers, assist customers in a quick, timely, and satisfactory manner. Be the focal point to support customers when customers’ requirements for support, advice and insurance problems arise.
2. Product and Pricing
- Understand insurance products and solutions for corporate customers.
- Consult suitable TCB insurance products for the needs of customers.
3. Sale and service
- Plan for sales and customer care for assigned customer portfolio based on business goals and customer portfolio analysis.
- Be responsible for customer care in the customer management portfolio, fully implement service quality standards, and commitments to quality of service according to TCB's regulations to increase customer experience and satisfaction at TCB. Be the focal point to support customers when customers’ requirements for support, advice and insurance problems arise.
- Consult optimal insurance solutions for customers on the basis of customer knowledge.
- Track, evaluate and recommend corrections to sales and customer care plans.
4. Risk management
- Fully grasp, implement and adhere to the regulations on operational risk management.
- Actively identify and manage operational risks related to customer management portfolio

5. Operation
- Strictly comply with Techcombank's policies on information security, customer privacy, and standards of behavior like a Techcomer.
- Comply with the service quality agreements between TCB and the insurance partner.
- Proactively assess / propose improvement of operating procedures to direct management / HO
6. Organization and personel
- Constantly improve knowledge and soft skills to meet increasingly high requirements.
- Always have the spirit of self-study in work and life
- Master and take responsibility at work, through clear orientation towards outstanding results
- Fully aware of the organizational culture and performance of duties according to Techcombank's core values and behavioral standards.
- Closely cooperate with related positions, towards the common goal of the unit and the bank.
7. Effective management
- Effectively manage the portfolio of assigned customers according to the instructions, regulations and orientations of TCB
- Strictly manage business results compared to the assigned KRA / KPI.
- Store and update daily / weekly / monthly reports on sales / customer referral results from Techcombank's sales force.
8. Other jobs: according to the regulations and orientation of the bank and according to the assignment of the managers in each period.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Degree: University degree. Specialization in Foreign Trade / Economy / Finance / Banking is preferred.
Experience: At least 02 years of experience working in customer consulting in retail banking or insurance / or experience in Priority Customer Services / Corporate customer.
