Job Purpose

This role exists to increase the leader’s effectiveness by driving priorities forward, enabling well‑informed decisions, and ensuring critical matters are actively followed through.

Key Outcomes & Responsibilities

  • Priority & Time Control
    Own the leader’s calendar and priorities so time is spent on high‑impact work, not reactive activities.
  • Execution Follow‑Through
    Track commitments, drive follow‑ups, and close loops. Work does not stall because “someone forgot”.
  • Decision Support (Banking & Finance)
    Prepare, review, and challenge financial and banking‑related content so decisions are based on solid logic, not assumptions.
  • Critical Thinking & Pushback
    Question unclear logic, highlight risks, and offer alternative views when something does not make sense.
  • Clear Communication
    Provide short, sharp updates in Vietnamese and English — focused on status, blockers, and next steps.

Required Capabilities

  • Strong foundation in banking and finance; able to understand and work with complex content.
  • Critical, independent thinker — not a passive executor.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and follow‑up discipline.
  • Communication:
  • Vietnamese: concise, direct, outcome‑driven. English: excellent (professional working level or above).
  • Fast‑paced, proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Modern, Results‑oriented mindset
