Director, Rewards & Recognition

Job Purpose

The position holder is responsible for:
- Plan, manage, guide, and implement the bank's remuneration policy to ensure all policies meet the HR strategy and business orientation in the short và long term, ensuring competitive level against the market

Key Accountabilities (1)

MANAGEMENT và DEVELOPMENT TOTAL REWARD POLICY:
Construction và planning of income and welfare systems including: Job evaluation, Total income structuring and positioning, Salary adjustment, short và long term bonus programs, benefits, bonuses etc. to ensure internal equity and market competition include:
- Develop and adjust remuneration policies including salary, bonus, benefits and bonus policy;
- Guide and supervise the reward program implementation;
- Training staff in HR Division to ensure uniform awareness of the total income policy across the entire row.

Key Accountabilities (2)

- Coordinate with the Head of Reward, Planning và Governance/Chief of Human Resources Officer to develop and implement an income strategy in accordance with the needs and business orientation of the bank.
- Analyze and evaluate internal data và research and update market trends and practices to make reports, propose management board to build a budget và adjust the effectiveness of HR policies.
- Select and maintain relationships with HR consulting partners to ensure satisfaction with services provided;

Key Accountabilities (3)

TEAM CAPABILITY MANAGEMENT:
- Set expectation and supervise, coach, develop Team member to maximize productivity, continiouing to learn and self development
- Lead co-operation and teamwork behaviour of Team member to deliver OTIF outcome
- Build successor plan, assess gap capabilty to propose resource plan to complete function KRA in fiscal year;

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Domain Expertise
- 08+ years of relevant experience (including professional và managerial experience) from leading Vietnamese companies with similar staff size to TCB and more than 04 years of management experience.
- Demonstrates extensive experience in Human Resource Planning, Salary and Benefits Management. Familiarize with the practices of the banking and finance sector
Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent fields
- TOEIC 650 above or equivalent certificate
