Director, Business Analysis (Techcom Life)

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Responsibility in business analysis and consulting

- Act as the IT focal point to receive business requirements during the year (including BAU and project development requirements) and control them based on the developed plan.

- Provide appropriate technology consulting services for IT service requirements from business units.

- Feedback and agree with the unit on the status of received development requirements, feasibility and implementation plan.

- Manage the list of projects, improvement requirements, application development, technology products of the unit assigned in charge, contributing to ensuring that IT technology services are provided on schedule with high quality.

- Weekly or as agreed with the business unit, update project status, development requirements in the list

- Plan the implementation of projects/BAUs within the department's responsibility.

- Directly participate in process improvement with IT Heads to improve IT's productivity and work efficiency.

- Participate in technology projects as assigned.

2. Responsibilities in Risk Management and Compliance:

- Control and ensure that the activities of the department comply with the policies, regulations, procedures and guidelines issued.

- Identify risks of the department during operation, coordinate with related units to develop methods of measuring, assessing and minimizing risks.

3. Responsibilities in managing the assigned department:

- Preparation and implementation of the department's annual plan.

- Develop a plan for staffing, coordinating human resources, building a mechanism for assigning, recording and evaluating the work performance of employees, ensuring adequate and quality resources are maintained in the department.

- Build, organize training, career development orientation for employees, fostering and building human resources for the department.

- Communication and orientation for staff to comply with the policy and development orientation of the system.

4. Other responsibilities

- Organize and participate in the development of business processes and guidelines of the Unit.

- Perform other tasks as required by management.

- Lead members to participate in the building of the company's organizational culture.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

University degree (minimum) relating to Insurance, Finance, Banking and Economics
Background in banking and insurance with at least 10 years experiences in life insurance, and 5 year in management level
- Deep knowledge on insurance, activities of insurance market
- Have knowledge on banking system and operation
- Deep knowledge on insurance products and related laws
