Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Investment Brokerage Director to join our team in revolutionizing the retail investment experience. The ideal candidate will combine deep market knowledge with pioneering ideas on how technology can enhance the broker-client relationship. This role will play a key part in developing our digital brokerage platform, designing personalized investment journeys, and creating innovative product campaigns that leverage both human expertise and technological capabilities
Product and Campaign Strategy
- Contribute to the design of new investment products that meet evolving customer needs
- Develop targeted campaign strategies for different investor segments
- Create compelling investment narratives that can be delivered through human, digital, and AI-powered channels
- Identify market opportunities and transform them into viable products
Digital Channel Brokerage Strategy and Development
- Guide the development of conversation flows and decision trees for our AI investment advisory system
- Identify appropriate responses based on customers’ portfolio structures, trading patterns, and market conditions
- Create personalized recommendation frameworks based on clients’ risk profiles, sector preferences, and investment horizons
- Develop scenarios to handle various customer situations, ranging from basic inquiries to complex investment decisions
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate market intelligence into the AI syste
- Work closely with technology teams to transform brokerage expertise into digital solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise for automation initiatives
- Test and give feedback on new digital tools and platforms
- Promote technology adoption within traditional brokerage teams
Optimizing the Customer Journey
- Design personalized customer journeys based on transaction history, portfolio structure, and investment goals
- Develop strategies to optimize customer engagement across both digital and traditional channels
- Create portfolio analysis frameworks that can be automated and personalized
- Design educational content to be delivered through our digital platform
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Required Experience
- Over 5 years of experience in investment brokerage or financial advisory with direct client management responsibilities
- Proven success in managing client portfolios and providing investment recommendations
- Experience with digital tools for financial analysis and client communication
- Understanding of various investor profiles and corresponding investment strategies
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for investment advisory
Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in fintech platforms and a willingness to learn new systems
- Understanding of data analytics and its application in investment decision-making
- Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear digital frameworks
- Interest in AI, machine learning, and their applications in financial services
- Experience using CRM systems and digital communication tools
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep understanding of equity markets, investment products, and portfolio construction
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify patterns in customer behavior and market movements
