Job Purpose

To design and develop high-quality training content that enhances the capabilities of internal staff (sales, operations, underwriting, etc.) and external partners (agents, bank staff, digital partners). This includes both digital learning solutions and classroom-based content, ensuring consistency, compliance, and engagement.

Key Accountabilities (1)

Training Content Development

• Design and develop training materials across multiple formats: digital modules (e-learning, videos, mobile-first content), facilitator guides, handouts, presentations, job aids. Customize content based on role (e.g., agent onboarding, bancassurance sales training, customer service, underwriting knowledge).

Digital Learning Enablement

• Convert traditional classroom content into interactive digital formats (e.g., SCORM-compliant e-learning, microlearning videos, interactive PDFs). Manage content in the Learning Management System (LMS), track usage, and support learner queries. Implement gamification and interactive content to improve knowledge retention, as done by mobile-first training tools.

Content Performance and Feedback

• Collect post-training feedback and run knowledge checks to measure effectiveness. Analyze LMS metrics and field feedback to identify content improvement opportunities.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

• 3–5 years’ experience in content development, instructional design, or training within financial services, insurance, or banking.

• Strong written and visual communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

• Proficiency in LMS platforms, authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate), and design software (PowerPoint, Canva, Camtasia).

Preferred Attributes

• Knowledge of insurance products and distribution models in Vietnam.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and digital learning trends.

• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and learner-centric mindset.
