Business Intelligence Contractor

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Contractor to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to develop impactful dashboards, optimize reporting processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support Retail and Corporate Banking.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Standardize and automate recurring reports, including:

        - Campaign Tracking

        - Sales Funnel Analysis

        - Performance Tracking

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Analyze business data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data sources and perform data mapping for reporting purposes.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality across dashboards.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

• A Diploma certificate or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Management or a relevant discipline
• Must-have:

        - Strong SQL skills.

        - Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI visualization tools.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

        - Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

• Nice to have

        - Experience in Banking or Financial Services.

        - Knowledge of Python or R.

        - Experience working with Databricks.

        - Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
