Business Analyst - Foundational Initiative
- The job holder will assist in gathering and analyzing business issues through internal and external sources to provide insights for decision making.
- The job holder will works closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provides specific reports and analysis.
A. Business Solution Design
- Collect and analyze existing data on products, processes, systems and business performance.
- Research and collaborate with dependent cross-functional teams to support work planning and diagnostics.
- Support the team in identifying problems and root causes within initiative scope and objectives.
- Organize information to report on deliverables and progress of the initiative.
- Update progress using approved templates.

External partners providing professional services
Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking and Finance or a relevant discipline
Professional certification in PM4P, PMP, PgMP will be advantageous
4 to 6 years of project management experience in a bank or financial technology organization
English proficiency requirements are pursuant to Techcombank's policy
Knowledgeable of banking markets, products, processes and operations
Experience in project management for banking product development, process improvement and transformation projects
Experience working on a transformation and/or digital projects will be advantageous
Experience in Agile project management principles and practices will be advantageous
