Advisor Business Marketing (40001645)
Job Purpose
The person undertaking the position will assist in ensuring that marketing activities are effectively built and implemented according to each segment and sub-segment, assisting business units in achieving their goals, meeting customer needs by segment and media access. each target customer group (by segment/sub-segment) effectively on each marketing channel. Advising on marketing activities, while ensuring that marketing programs achieve their set objectives
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Support strategy development, plan management and effectiveness measurement of marketing activities:
- Build marketing strategies and approaches / marketing plans for each customer segment / target customer group including:
- Market research and analysis, customer needs and competitors to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with intra-branch and inter-branch departments to build financial solutions CVP, management and build media positioning and image for solutions / products, value positioning for each target customer group.
- Management of MKT plan market access (Go-to-market), marketing campaigns for each segment / target customer group.
- Organize and manage marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and marketing activities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns to promptly make adjustments.
- Propose the implementation and build effective marketing / communication models for each customer segment.
- Database management for marketing programs, report dashboard for MKT campaigns and Budget efficiency
- Build a long-term marketing platform (target communications / automation) for marketing business activities.

- Advise and support sales departments in carrying out marketing activities to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Suggest innovative and effective solutions to drive sales.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve marketing programs and services.
- Cooperate closely with relevant departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness in marketing activities
- Professional consultation and training for experts / senior specialists on necessary marketing knowledge and skills

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualification:
- University degree or higher, Major in Marketing, Business Administration, External Economics or equivalent
Professional knowledge:
- Understanding product marketing; understanding products and services in finance, banking and insurance
- Strategic planning & budget planning knowledge.
Experience:
- Professional: at least 15 years of experience in communications and marketing, including at least 7 years of experience in product marketing.
Foreign languages
- English at the specified level for the position
