Job Purpose

- The job holder largely engages in communication of all financial results as well as strategy to investor community

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Build and maintain effective relationships with Investors/ shareholders; gain trusts and enhance positive image, high reputation of TCB among investors/shareholders
2. Analyse, assess market conditions and aspirations (on capital, governance, technology etc.) of TCB to define the best-fit shareholder structure, build and update the engagement plans (include but not limit to ratings consideration, new issuance of share, share buy-back, cash/stock dividends and other kinds of capital raising (such as syndicated loans, bonds etc.)

Key Accountabilities (2)

3. Monitor the implementation of plans, movements, effects on stock values and relationship with shareholders/investors
Updates to CEO/BOD on the execution of the IR plans, any movements may affect stock values and relationship with shareholders/investors
Manage other requests from Shareholders/Investors, report to competent authorities (BOD/CEO) for direction and fulfilment
Act as focal point of communication exchange between TCB and investors, build and manage communication channel with shareholders/investors. Communicate and develop relationship with current and potential investors
Accountable and coordinate with other units in the bank to organize Annual and Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting(s) as requested by relevant authority.
Develop and maintain beneficial relationship with Securities regulators, Stock Exchanges, Analysts, Key Press/Media and other Investor communities

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Qualifications:
- University degree – Finance/Economics/Accounting
Domain expertise:
- 12+ years in Banking and communications/journalism experience or investment analysis;
- CFA or similar accreditation, capabilities, experience: Charter
