Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly experienced Advisor, Business Analyst to lead and consult on the Core Banking Transformation (T24) project. This role will ensure the effective translation of business requirements into application specifications and provide strategic advisory support throughout the transformation journey.

Consulting & Advisory

  • Provide expert advice on improvements, modifications, and solutions to address user requirements and application development challenges.
  • Understand and analyze end-to-end business processes, design and validate workflows, and prepare detailed functional specifications for T24.
  • Recommend enhancements to business processes and operational frameworks to improve efficiency.
  • Support IT leadership in strategic planning and decision-making aligned with the bank’s objectives.

Research & Analysis

  • Gather market trends and internal data to conduct business analysis and propose actionable recommendations.
  • Develop comprehensive reports highlighting business trends, forecasts, and improvement opportunities.
  • Stay updated on technology advancements and analyze internal datasets to provide holistic insights to stakeholders.
  • Perform gap analysis, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and optimize processes using organizational data.
  • Communicate insights on potential opportunities and challenges based on market and business data.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in financial institutions, with strong expertise in Core Banking systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Temenos T24 and large-scale core banking transformation projects.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, market trend research, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Strong background in gap analysis, risk assessment, and solution design.
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience in digital transformation projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
