Job Purpose

AI Solution Architect take responsibility for designing, building, and deploying comprehensive AI solutions, align with TCB’ technology strategy and business objectives. AI Solution Architect acts as a bridge between the engineering, business teams and transform ideas into viable, effective, and scalable AI solutions.

Key Accountabilities (1)

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI solution architectures. Present solutions to clients/management, supporting the decision-making process;
• Design end-to-end AI systems: from data collection, processing, model training, deployment, and monitoring. Propose suitable AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and platforms.
• Build architectures that ensure security, scalability, and cost optimization;
• Work closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers to ensure feasibility and performance;
• Develop long-term AI strategies to align and enable business growth & strategy;
• Monitor emerging AI trends and propose practical applications.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Required Technical Skills

• Proficient in AI/ML tools and frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
• In-depth understanding of distributed system architecture and cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Skills in end-to-end solution design, including Data Pipeline, Model Training, Deployment, and Monitoring
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs, Vector DBs, RAG)
• Strong security principles including IAM, encryption, audit trail

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 2 years in a solution architect role.
• Experience in banking/finance is a plus.
