Job Purpose

- The job holder is responsible for providing transaction banking services and ensure service quality for Business Customers
- The job holder is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the Client's information in accordance with TCB's regulations.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Customer:
- Identify and account for customers in the right segment/sub-segment according to the orientation/instruction of the Business Banking Division, ensuring the quality of input data to serve the assessment and positioning of customers according to business strategy of the Business Banking Division
- Perform cash and non-cash transactions for customers according to TCB's procedures
- Performing operations and managing deposit accounts, salary payment contracts, deposit contracts, foreign currency transactions, fax/mail transaction contracts and providing online banking products
- Performing credit transactions secured by assets of group 1
- Be proactive in coordinating/supporting cash flow monitoring, business customer activities via accounts... to help CSM/RM understand customers, customers' needs and be able to advise business proposal for customers to increase efficiency from the assigned customer portfolio
- Collect, enter data and manage account opening/closing records, fax/internet banking transactions, loan/guarantee/LC contracts (group 1), and other contracts..., ensure complete and accurate information and comply with Techcombank's process and regulations from time to time
- Always update products for business customers, new Marketing programs and sales campaigns, regulations, customer service processes and guidelines of TCB
- Receive and handle customer requests and complaints within the assigned authorization
- Identify cross-selling opportunities during the transaction process and encourage customers to use other products, for products that are not part of the customer service department, refer relevant departments

2. Service:
- Ensure all transactions with customers must be fast in time, simple procedures, provide good quality service experience (attitude, style, skills, facilities)
- Ensure the best service quality in every step of the customer's journey
- Continuously improve soft skills to meet the increasingly complex requirements of customer service quality, ensuring that every customer is satisfied with the service provided.
- Fully implement service quality standards to provide uniform and quality services to all customer segments

Key Accountabilities (3)

System:
- Identify customer information (Amlock, KYC, SA...) as well as warning signs before, during and after customer transactions, ensuring compliance with Techcombank's processes and regulations and the law
- Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, procedures, internal guidelines... and service quality commitments (SLAs)
- Fully comply with service quality standards for the position of Teller - Business Banking and other regulations of the Bank from time to time
- Ensure the accuracy of transactions
- Check transactions/documents arising during the day
- Compare transactions and cash amount, ensure the balance at the cash fund goes to zero after the transaction time expires
- Checking documents that have been recorded for the previous day's transactions
- Make daily report after transaction time
- Receive customers' opinions on products, processes, services, policies... to make recommendations for policy departments
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager, Customer Services/Senior Branch Manager/Branch Manager

Qualifications
- Graduated from university with major in Banking and Finance; Foreign Trade; Economics or related field… Post graduate degree in management preferred
- English proficiency: Not Apply
Domain Expertise
- At least 03 years of experience as a teller / working in the field of business banking
- Other requirements: Good-looking appearance, easy-to-listen voice
