Job Purpose

- The job holder is responsible providing transaction banking services and ensure service quality for customers
- The job holder is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the Client's information in accordance with TCB's regulations.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Perform transactions and provide services (80% of the total time), such as:
- Perform cash and non-cash transactions for customers (such as opening accounts, receiving deposits, etc.) in accordance with TCB's procedures.
- Provide services to retail customers in the fastest and best way
- Update TCB's regulations, procedures and guidelines about customer service
- Deal with customer requests within authority.
- Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, procedures, internal guidelines... and service quality commitments (SLAs)
- Fully comply with service quality standards for the position of Teller and other regulations of the Bank from time to time
- Ensure the accuracy of transactions
- Receive customers' opinions on products, processes, services, policies... to have recommendations for policy departments

Key Accountabilities (2)

2. Sales (10% of total time)
- Identify cross-selling opportunities during the transaction process and encourage customers to use other products, for products that are not part of the customer service department, transfer to related departments.
- Make phone calls to sell products to customers when requested by the Manager, Customer Services
- Always update new products, Marketing programs and sales campaigns of TCB.

Key Accountabilities (3)

3. Reporting and inspection (10% of total time)
- Check transactions/documents arising during the day
- Compare transactions and cash amount, make sure the balance at cash fund goes to zero after the transaction time is over
- Checking documents that have been recorded for the previous day's transactions.
- Make daily report after the transaction time is over
- Being a member of the ATM reception team at branch/transaction office/neighborhood.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Controller/Team Lead, Customer Services

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

- Graduated from university with major in Banking and Finance; Foreign Trade; Economics or related field.
- English proficiency: None
Domain Expertise
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, Preference will be given to those with experience in the banking sector. Fresher is welcome.
- Other requirements: have an easy-to-see appearance, standard and easy-to-listen voice.
- Computer skills: have experience in using software about office, finance and banking
