Cash Administration Officer

Job Purpose

Manage and be responsible for the provision of services related to cash transactions, treasury services, vault management at Branch/HUB. Safely operate the treasury, complying with regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam and Techcombank. Support to train the cashiers/staffs to be proficient in the profession, to complete the team's targets.

Key Accountabilities (1)

Perform the duties of the Vault manager: Ensure absolute safety of cash, precious assets, important printed papers, collateral assets preserved in the vault
+ Import and export cash, precious assets, value of assets, collateral accurately, timely and fully in accordance with regulations
+ Conduct end-of-day fund inventory, make sure the actual fund reserve matches the cash account balance at the fund. Sign the confirmation of the balance of funds on the reports printed from the system.
+ Participating in all audits, vault inventory.
+ Be responsible for the risk of loss of money and assets in the vault.
+ Cash control at the Branch/HUB:proactively organize and coordinate cash transfer transactions between units in the management hub network, transactions with the SBV/other credit institutions to ensure liquidity, comply with cash limit and optimize cash costs of units and the whole bank.
+ Manage the bookkeeping system related to treasury operations: Record and maintain clear, completed and accurate books and papers
+ Make periodic/unscheduled reports to the SBV or at the request of the department

Key Accountabilities (2)

Responsible for managing and organizing treasury and ATM service operations:Perform work in accordance with internal policies, regulations, procedures and instructions... and commitment to service quality (SLAs).
+ Funding operations for RBG units
+ Funding operations for ATMs managed by HUB/units
+ Transactions with the SBV/other credit institutions, collection and payment services and other services related to treasury operation, ATM according to regulations of the State Bank ò Vietnam and TCB from time to time
+ Organize the counting, classification, and bundle of money according to the regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam at the branch/HUB
+ Handling in emergency situations such as:the vault system / money truck / ATM has problems

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

* Graduated from University or above majoring in Finance, Credit, Economics, Accounting, Auditing
* Knowledge of systems, treasury operations, compliance control and operational risk
* Other requirements: Computer skills: experience in using office, finance and banking software
* Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury work at a bank
