Techcombank claims No.1 position in 2021 Career builder’s Top 100 Employer of Choice

Hanoi, 2 March, 2022 - Techcombank claims the title as No.1 Employer of Choice across all industries, leading the 2021 Career Builder’s “Top 100 Employer of Choice” list in Vietnam, strongly demonstrating its “Be Greater” spirit.

According to Career Builder Vietnam’s “Top 100 Employer of Choice 2021” non-profit annual survey, Techcombank was ranked No.1 not only in the Banking - Finance - Securities category but also across all industries. The awards recognize enterprises with outstanding commercial accomplishments and fair & flexible human resource strategies particularly during the challenging COVID pandemic period. This year’s results were based on 15,768 responses from a wide range of professions and ages across the country.

This award is a strong testament for Techcombank’s flexible and responsive human resource strategies, especially during the unprecedented times. It also speaks highly about the company’s strong corporate culture and its new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) “Dare to be a greater you” focusing on 4 pillars Culture and Work Environment, Performance, Rewards & Recognition, Learning and Development – key to retaining and attracting the right talents to support the bank’s radical strategy.
