The reputable International Award "The Stevie Awards" was first held in 2002 by Mr. Michael P. Gallagher - an American businessman, with the purpose of honoring individuals and organizations with business, innovation achievements or those with the greatest working environment all around the world. This award has been considered as the "Oscar for business field" and is the "most prestigious global award for the business community" by the New York Post USA.

After earning reputation for being in the Top 2 best workplaces in Vietnam in many consecutive years, along with successively winning major awards in prestigious HR awards in 2018 such as: Vietnam HR Awards, The Asia HRD Awards, etc., in 2019, Techcombank continues to maintain the "Golden Cup" at the Stevie Awards with the category "Employers of the Year - Banking".
