Senior Administrator, Telesales (40001035)

Job Purpose

The job holder responsible for call through the Telesales system to advise and sell Card products (Credit, Debit, ...) and related services for individual customers identified in each period; close an appointment to transfer to the department's RBO or branch/transaction office (for Credit Card products) or further process the sales cycle (for Non-Credit products) to achieve individual targets for the department and other retail targets.

Key Accountabilities (1)

- Strictly comply with the Bank's Labor Regulations.
- Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, procedures, internal guidelines... and commitment to service quality (SLAs).
- Receive the list of assigned customers, develop a plan to sell retail products of the bank in the area and the list of assigned customers.
- Implement sales on assigned data sources to achieve monthly work targets.
- Break down monthly targets into daily targets (e.g. daily number of calls, sales appointments and new customers that need to be completed)

Key Accountabilities (2)

- Actively exploiting more customer databases collected from sources outside the banking system to increase the salary of new customers for the bank.
- Call to introduce and offer the products identified in each period.
- Full consultation on product features, fees, interest payable and documents to be provided to customers.
- Set up appointments và transfer the established appointment information to the focal point at the business unit, branch.
- Report daily sales activities and sales targets (e.g. Calls, appointments, records obtained) to Telephone Sales Manager, Direct Sales Manager

Key Accountabilities (3)

- Regularly improve product knowledge and skills as well as sales skills, approaching customers, analyzing and controlling risks.
- Closely linked with direct selling departments and branches and related departments
- Continuously coordinate checking for defects and building products or processes with special attention to coordination with the branch
- Participate in the training of the unit, support the Sales Director by phone with the general work of the group
- Report the implementation work to the management department on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Domain Expertise
- At least 02 years of experience in banking and finance, preferably in telephone sales
- University degree (minimum) relating to Insurance, Finance, Banking and Economics
- English level: according to the Bank's policy in each period
