Officer, Sales Portfolio Management Micro SME

Job Purpose

- The job holder efficiently manage and exploit the assigned book of Customers MSME through:
1. Know customers, manage relationships with potential/strategic customers according to TCB's policy
2. Provide products and services, build customer relationships and connecting customers with TCB
3. Manage the quality of service provided to customers within the assigned scope of work

Key Accountabilities

1. Know your customers:
1.1. Category level
- Receive a list of assigned customers. Understand the business model, portrait and customer needs by group,
Identify each group of customers according to the set of customer identification criteria to manage relationships according to TCB's strategies and policies from time to time.
1.2. Customer level
- Identify customer needs through multi-channel: phone / email / online channel / face-to-face meeting
- Interview, record and comprehensively evaluate the needs and problems of the Customer
2. Product and price
- Actively upgrade products, policies, business programs, .. for business customers at TCB
- Update and define solution structures and pricing policies for customers in the managed portfolio

3. Sales and service
- Actively implement selling/service introduction activities according to the action program with the assigned portfolio to achieve the targets from time to time: New customer Onboard, New offers and promotions, Increase active anti-leave
- Update and apply scenarios of approaching, selling, and customer caring
- Advising customers on packages of solutions, products and services on the basis of the built sales scenario
- Expanding product, service / consulting solution package for customers to increase the size and quality of customers' transactions in categories
- Responsible for taking care of customers in the managed portfolio, fully implementing QoS standards, commitments to quality of service as prescribed to increase customer experience and satisfaction at TCB
4. Risk management:
- Grasp and absolutely comply with the regulations, procedures, ethics of TCB
- Operational risk identification in accordance with TCB's regulations and procedures and the law

5. Operation
- Comply with the process of coordinating with relevant (CSM, BSO, BB Teller, ...) to quickly, accurately and promptly serve customers' needs.
- Comply with regulations on using, looking up, checking information and manipulating TCB systems (T24, ECM / BPM, AMLOCK, Sale Funnel Tools, Debt Management, CIC, ...)
6. Organization and Personnel:
- Develop yourself, participate in training under the TCB program and train yourself to fulfill your role and task and adapt to work-related changes
7. Effective management
- Actively manage personal performance indicators according to assigned target
- Proactively raise problems and difficulties that need support (if any) with managers to take remedial measures.
8. Other jobs:
- Deploying the reporting work at the unit
- Perform other related tasks at the request of managers

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

University degree in Foreign Trade / Economics / Finance / Banking
Experience: Fresh/At least 1 years of experience in banking related to SME segment
English: minimum TOEIC 550 or equivalent.
