Officer, Priority Relationship Management - Trainee

Objective

PRM Trainee will be placed on a fast track career path and structured training/rotations required to execute end-to-end financial advisory services. Within 12-18 month roadmap, PRM Trainee will be developed into future core Priority Relationship Managers.                                 
 

Key accountabilities (1)

1. CUSTOMERS: PROVIDING FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS BASED ON CUSTOMER’S NEEDS.
- Exploitt information, analyze & evaluate customer needs to understand customer's financial goals
- Taking good care of customers' transactions, consulting solutions, proposing products and services for priority customers in accordance with the goals and financial needs and lifestyle of customers
2. SERVICES: PROVIDE SERVICES WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Directly receive & execute customer transaction requests, cooperate with related departments to bring the best customers experience
- Continuously update customers with new features, new benefits, policies and regulations of banking products
- Record & respond to customers' feedbacks on products and services and propose solutions to improve service quality standards for customers
3.   SYSTEMS: RISKS MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS COMPLIANCE
- Identify customer information & warning signs before, during and after customer transactions, ensuring compliance with Techcombank's processes and regulations and the law
- Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, processes, internal guidelines... and commitment to service quality
4. HUMAN RESOURCES: HUMAN DEVELOPMENT AND CORPORATE CULTURE
- Actively implement personal development plans to improve work efficiency
- Comply with training programs and training as required by TCB.
- Build & develop organizational culture.
- Open to share information with others & open to any changes
- High Responsibility through clear orientation, leading to outstanding results
- Building a culture of cohesion, encouraging colleagues to achieve success
5. TARGET MANAGEMENT: PLAN MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS RESULTS
- Build up a sales plan to achieve business goals from time to time
- Take care of new and existing customers,  deepen and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Branch teams & other HO teams such as retails solution, Customer experience, Business devlopment, Lnd, CD,etc.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Fresh Graduates or Career Starter with less than 2 years of experience with 
• Strong academic performance with GPA of 8.0 (Vietnam system) or equivalent. Proficient in English (at least TOEIC 550 or equivalent)
• Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related fields. 
• Internships or other experience in sales consulting, customer care, marketing, business development in Banking, Insurance, Luxury Brand, Automobile, etc, will be advantageous
• Professional certificate such as CFA/ CPA/ACCA will be advantageous
• Strong track records in extracurricular activities, student leadership forum, community projects, etc
• Excellent communications and presentation skill. 
 • Passionate about finance and want to become a reliable financial advisor
• Ambitious, goal-oriented, and able to work in fast paced environment.
