Job Purpose
The job holder manage external and internal client research projects with quality, time and budget
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Propose plans, research orientations and implementing customer research projects assigned according to the plan and achieving quality:
- Research to serve the construction of financial solutions và customer experiences:
+ Segment customers by sub-segments (based on lifestyle, viewpoints và financial needs)
+ Understand needs, behaviors, painpoints và expectations according to the customer journey of each segment.
+ Survey customers to serve the process of creating overall value positioning for the segment (CVP)
+ Survey customers to serve the process of creating and implementing financial solutions và customer experience
- Research for brand building and development
- Survey on the effectiveness of marketing activities of the whole store: Survey on the effectiveness of digital marketing programs, Brands, Survey on customer engagement (NPS), Survey on service quality (Mystery Shopper).
- Build and manage customer research database.
- Implement comprehensive/in-depth analysis reports at the request of leaders.
- Effectively manage the use of customer research budget of assigned projects.
- Manage the cooperation with customer research service provider of assigned projects

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications
- University, level 3
Expertise
- Understanding of Market Research
Experience
- At least 7 years of experience as an assistant in the banking sector.
Foreign Language
- English, TOEIC 550 or equivalent conversion
