Business Analyst - SnD13
Objective
- The job holder will assist in gathering and analyzing business issues through internal and external sources to provide insights for decision making.
- The job holder will works closely with tribe members to understand business requirements and provides specific reports and analysis.
Key accountabilities (1)
A. Reporting and Documentation
- Work closely with tribe members to understand and document business objectives and processes while suggesting modifications and improvements for better efficiencies.
- Assist senior tribe members in creating, analyzing and validating detailed functional specifications.
- Support system testing and create documentation / user manuals along with tribe members.
B. Research and Analysis
- Gather market trends and internal data to conduct analysis based on business problems and needs.
- Develop informative and actionable reports that highlight business trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and report trends and patterns to construct forecast on business plans.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelors degree in a technical or business management discipline
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a financial institution, with a business (i.e. non-support) division
English proficiency requirements are pursuant to Techcombanks policy.
- Experience in working on multiple projects at one time
- Experience in writing SQL queries and using data visualization techniques and tools
- Experience in identifying risk and potential issues through conducting gap analysis, understanding and reviewing criteria
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing business results, competition and trends (SWOT analysis, market share review)
- Understands Agile principles, practices and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile teams to support digital transformation projects.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing communications with senior leadership team in an organization
